17) Error message -

The extension didn't get the ID of the spreadsheet from saved options.

Fix - Put spreadsheet in settings tab correctly and recheck if spreadsheet permissions are proper

18) General Fix - After an indicator update your old alerts will only be able to be saved to spreadsheet as they are made on an older version of the indicator used. They should be used for reference only and as such they will NOT be able to be loaded back to tradingview if any fields have changed in the indicator update.

Once the old alerts are saved to a spreadsheet you will have to update and remake the alerts on the new indicator settings.

This can be done by doing the following.

  1. Click TOOLS tab on TVAM

  2. Clear indicators data

  3. Delete the indicator from the chart and save the chart.

  4. Reload the browser

  5. Re-add the indicator that was updated by searching for it in Indicators (helpful to favorite it). Once added to chart update indicator settings to match any of the old settings that you want to retain.

  6. Make a test alert on any chart with the indicator. Be sure to double check your indicator settings!

  7. Save test alert to A NEW spreadsheet being sure to change the spreadsheet name in the Settings tab.

From here on the new alert format (which may include new alert fields or conditions) you will have to input settings and reload to Tradingview. You can use your old alerts for reference and may have to add additional inputs off the test alert.

19) Error message -

Fix - Refresh the page once and retry, do not move browser away from Tradingview page

20) Error message -

Fix - Please ensure the indicator you want to work on is applied to the chart and within the first four indicators applied.

In the example above there 6 indicators on chart. But chart height is not enough to show them all so they are hidden, and you cannot do anything with them, and as such the extension can't do anything too.

Also, indicators are either on the chart or aren't. After clicking on them showing button with settings the alert window should open - or maybe it is blocked by something (any adblock related extensions may block this action).
